My name is Sergey.

I am two-time Russian biathlon champion.

Education: RUSSIAN STATE UNIVERSITY OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION, SPORT, YOUTH AND TOURISM (SCOLIPE)

Coach in various areas of physical education and fitness.

Coach of general physical preparation, special physical training, cardio, power training, speed strength training, gymnastics, training for improving coordination abilities.

During my coaching activities I have helped over 500 people to fall in love with healthy life style and make their lives more active and happy.

All exercises and training recommendations are based only on scientific researches and knowledge in physical culture and sports.

My goal is to make sports and healthy life style more popular, affordable and effective for any person.
